ABOUT THE ORGANIZATON
Tana Action Initiative is a non-government, not-for-profit making organization founded in 2020 by a group of youths from the community who saw and experienced the hardship felt by the less fortunate members of Tana River County especially during the period of COVID 19 pandemic. Tana Action Initiative is a registered community-based organization with the ministry of labor and social protection based in Tana River County REG.NO.TR/MAD/CBO/3201202. The organization targets vulnerable children for protection and development, gender-based violence advocacy, education interventions, Teen watch, youth and women empowerment and health interventions.
